Abby White

CEO

Abby White is the CEO of Gró Consulting. Abby is an experienced Human Resources professional across organizations of all types and sizes, including both single and multiple location organizations. Abby graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources Management, her Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management, and is currently a PhD candidate through Liberty University. Abby is a committed volunteer through Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, CASA of Iowa, and Habitat for Humanity. Abby has appeared as a guest instructor and teacher at local colleges and employee training programs in the areas of Human Resources and Employee Development.

Shannon Wenger

Director of Account Management

Shannon Wenger is the Director of Account Management at Gró HR Consulting. Shannon is an experienced Account Manager, and leads our Account Management team to serve small and medium-sized businesses with excellence. Shannon is a graduate of Kansas State University, and enjoys spending time with her husband her kids in her free time!

Tonya Brass

Recruiter

Tonya Brass is a Recruiter at Gro Consulting and specializes in recruiting and the HR needs of healthcare industry clients. Tonya has over 6 years of Human Resources experience in roles in healthcare and the services industry and has her Associates in Human Resources through Ellsworth Community College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four grandkids, two dogs, and enjoys swimming and staying active with her family and friends.

Kim Corey

Director of Human Resources

Kim Corey is a Director of Human Resources at Grò HR Consulting. Kim comes to Grò with 20 years of full spectrum HR experience and an extensive background in managing various client needs in the small and medium sized HR industry, including in the manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare fields. Kim has her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Peru State College. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, camping, road trips to look for old cars, and a good book.

Becci Strike

Director of Human Resources

Becci Strike is a Director of Human Resources at Gró HR Consulting. Becci is an experienced HR professional with over 15 years of experience working in the service, finance, and trades industries. Becci has her MBA in Human Resources from St. Ambrose University and her SHRM- CP. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, husband and dog Rocco.

Lindsey Ross

Account Manager

Lindsey Ross is an Account Manager at Gró HR Consulting. Lindsey is an experienced Account Manager with experience working with both small and medium-sized businesses, and especially enjoys working with business owners to find ways to make their life easier and their businesses more successful. In her free time, she enjoys watching football and doing anything outside with her family.

Michele Curtis

Director of Talent Acquisition

Michele Curtis is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Grò HR Consulting. Michele comes to Grò with 20 years of full-spectrum Recruitment experience and an extensive background in managing various Talent needs in small-medium-sized businesses. Michele has her Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership from North Carolina State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the mountains and drinking a good cup of coffee.

Shelby is an HR Generalist at Gró HR Consulting. Shelby is an experienced HR professional with over 3 years of experience working in the service, retail, food/beverage, and trades industries. Shelby has her Bachelors in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. In her free time, she enjoys spending time cultivating new friendships, supporting local shops & restaurants, and camping with her partner in their rooftop tent.
