Abby White is the CEO of Gró Consulting. Abby is an experienced Human Resources professional across organizations of all types and sizes, including both single and multiple location organizations. Abby graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Human Resources Management and her Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management through Liberty University. In the near future, Abby desires to study and complete her PhD in Organizational Leadership. Abby is a committed volunteer through Junior Achievement of Eastern Iowa, CASA of Iowa, and Habitat for Humanity. Abby has appeared as a guest instructor and teacher at local colleges and employee training programs in the areas of Human Resources and Employee Development.
Kelly FultonDirector of HR Services
Kelly Fulton is the Director of HR Services and brings over 20 years of progressive HR experience to our clients. Kelly graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management and her Masters of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management, both from Upper Iowa University. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 boys. She enjoys camping and reading when she has time to relax.

Shannon Wenger is an Account Manager at Gró HR Consulting. Shannon is an experienced Account Manager with experience with both small and medium sized businesses, and especially enjoys working with business owners to find ways to make their life easier and their business more successful. Shannon is a graduate of Kansas State University, and enjoys spending time with her husband her kids in her free time!
Tonya Brass is a Recruiter at Gro Consulting and specializes in recruiting and the HR needs of healthcare industry clients. Tonya has over 6 years of Human Resources experience in roles in healthcare and the services industry and has her Associates in Human Resources through Ellsworth Community College. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four grandkids, two dogs, and enjoys swimming and staying active with her family and friends.

Jay Simon is a Jr Recruiter at Gro HR Consulting. Jay has over 2 years of Recruitment experience in the fields of healthcare, IT, Beauty, and professional services. Jay is currently a Senior at the University of Iowa, with a major of Pre-Law. Jay plans on starting Law School in the Fall of 2021 in Illinois. In her free time, Jay enjoys binge watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.
Christina SeidelTalent Acquisition Lead
Christina is the Talent Acquisition Lead at Gro HR Consulting, and brings over 8 years of direct sourcing, full cycle recruitment and HR experience to our clients. Christina holds her Bachelors in Marketing from Wesleyan College and has a wide range of experience in recruitment in healthcare, services, as well as for management and entry level roles. In her free time outside of helping our clients at Gro find the perfect candidate for their roles, Christina enjoys playing softball, reading, and cooking for my family.

Kim Corey is an HR Generalist at Grò HR Consulting. Kim comes to Grò with 20 years of full spectrum HR experience and an extensive background in managing various client needs in the small and medium sized HR industry, including in the manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare fields. Kim has her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Peru State College. In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, camping, road trips to look for old cars, and a good book.
